2. Core Project Details
The project developer's email. Defaults to your account email — change if you're registering on behalf of someone else.
Annual emission reductions or removals. Optional at registration — refined during assessment.
Total project cost (CapEx + first-year OpEx). Distinct from Funding Goal below — Costs is what the project takes to deliver; Funding Goal is what's raised on TenzaOne.
3. Associated Company
Select the company that owns, operates, or is partnered with this project. The company's stakeholder type (developer, investor, partner, etc.) defines the relationship. You can add more associations later from the project or company edit page.
4. Project Stage *
Where the project is today. Defaults to Pre-Development if you're not sure.
4. Offer Structure
Non-standard offer types are mutually exclusive with the carbon project instrument mix. Selecting equity/SAFE/convertible flips the project to company-offering mode. "No investment sought" lists the project on TenzaOne without a capital ask — hides all funding/valuation fields.
No investment sought: this project will be listed on TenzaOne for visibility only. Funding goal, valuation, equity, and ticket-size fields are hidden and not collected. You can change this later by editing the project and switching to another offer type.
DAO note: The TenzaOne DAO treasury is not currently designed to make equity, SAFE, or convertible investments. Equity-type offers from developers or sister companies are handled separately and would require a standard DAO governance proposal and vote to be modelled in the Token & Treasury Simulator.
